About Emerald Serviced Lets

Emerald Serviced Lets was created with a simple goal: to provide landlords and property investors with a professional, hands-off way to maximise the potential of their properties through short and mid-term accommodation.

What started with managing our own properties has grown into a portfolio of properties across Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas, working with landlords and investors who trust us to manage their properties as if they were our own. Over the years, we’ve gained first-hand experience of what makes a successful Airbnb from choosing the right property and understanding local demand to pricing, presentation, guest experience and securing longer-term corporate, contractor and insurance bookings.

Every property we manage has its own strategy. We continually monitor pricing, local demand and booking patterns to maximise performance while maintaining high standards for both our guests and property owners. Our growing portfolio also allows us to build relationships with companies, contractors, relocation providers and other organisations looking for accommodation across the areas in which we operate.

For landlords, we provide a hands-off management service. For investors, we can become involved much earlier, from assessing potential purchases and providing revenue projections through to property sourcing and complete turnkey setup services.

We’re proud to have grown Emerald largely through the results we achieve and the relationships we’ve built with our landlords and investors. We want our clients to feel that they have a team they can trust with their property, rather than simply another management company.  As Emerald continues to grow, our focus remains the same: well-managed properties, strong returns for our clients and an excellent experience for every guest who stays with us.
